Breema® Intensive

Barcelona BREEMA® Intensive 2025

March 6-10, 2025

As pioneers in teaching BREEMA® in Spain, we are very pleased to announce that we will host the Barcelona BREEMA® 2025 Intensive for the 14th year. An international intensive course in Spain that, together with Intensives in Bühl-Baden (Germany) and Graz (Austria) forms part of the three most important dates of this practice in Europe.

As on other occasions, we will welcome BREEMA® instructors from the BREEMA® Center in the USA as well as instructors from Spain and Europe who will conduct this intensive along with Salena and Felipe, directors of the Harmonious Life Center. Our center is responsible for organizing this event with the BREEMA® Center in California.

Fees for the Intensive

The objective of the intensive is to experience mutual support and deepen the art of being present, in the philosophy of BREEMA®, in BREEMA® bodywork, and in Self-BREEMA® exercises.

With more national and international participants in each intensive, in this course persons who have never before received BREEMA®, as well as experienced clients and students, will also be able to participate.

Like every year, Jon Schreiber (Director of the BREEMA® Center in California), an instructor with a unique understanding of the discipline, will accompany us. Without a doubt, we will benefit from his inspiring contributions which will help us find meaning and purpose in our lives.
