Also known as the Poyet Method, or Informational Energetic Osteopathy, is a manual therapy that integrates classical osteopathy principles with a series of gentle adjustments and movements around the cranial-sacral area (cranium + spinal column + sacrum) to multiply its effectiveness from a holistic perspective.

Developed by a French physical therapist and osteopath, Maurice Raymond Poyet, the method is based on Primary Respiratory Movement (PRM)—a rhythmic and involuntary physiological movement that, starting at the cranium, extends to all organic structures through the network woven by the fascia—and in the cranial-sacral osteopathy of Sutherland. With the collaboration of Marc Pialoux, who added a strong energetic base to the praxis, the method suggests a very controlled and gentle manipulation that is free of contraindications.
