As we are a reference center in the practice and teaching of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® in our country, at Harmonious Life in Barcelona you can study to be an instructor of this body discipline and get certified with the approval of GYROTONIC® Headquarters in the United States.

Our center offers complete training to teach GYROTONIC® under instructors from around the world who, we select with great care and professionalism. To take part in this training, you must have taken private classes and be familiar with the Progression 1 of GYROTONIC®.
